Product Manager
Nymbl is a leading fall prevention and balance training platform that partners with Medicare Advantage health plans to improve mobility, reduce falls, and lower healthcare costs for older adults. We are seeking an experienced and versatile Product Manager to join our lean, mission-driven team. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to our CEO, where you will shape and execute product strategy while rolling up your sleeves to drive day-to-day development. You will be accountable for executing on the roadmap, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring successful product delivery, and optimizing user outcomes. This role is ideal for a do-er with strategic instincts, eager to grow a product that delivers measurable results and deeply meaningful outcomes for millions of older adults.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Product Leadership
- Own the product roadmap and goals aligned with company objectives and market needs.
- Identify and evaluate new product features and capabilities that enhance user outcomes and health plan ROI.
- Synthesize input from executive leadership, sales, operations, clinical, and marketing teams into actionable product plans.
- Contribute to member segmentation strategies and product-market fit refinement.
Execution & Delivery
- Translate strategy into clear, prioritized product backlogs and development plans.
- Write well-scoped user stories with strong acceptance criteria and partner closely with engineering throughout agile development.
- Proactively identify tradeoffs, blockers, and resource constraints to maintain delivery momentum.
- Define, track, and analyze product performance metrics (e.g., usage, engagement, ROI) and adjust plans based on data and feedback.
Customer and Market Insight
- Act as the voice of the user - ensuring their perspectives are reflected in feature development.
- Lead user discovery efforts including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and feedback sessions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor capabilities to keep Nymbl on the leading edge of older adult digital health.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Serve as a strategic and operational partner to stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer success, and clinical innovation.
- Clearly communicate product priorities, roadmaps, and timelines across the organization.
- Champion agile best practices and foster a collaborative team culture that values speed, iteration, and continuous learning.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in digital health, wellness, or a mission-oriented SaaS company.
- Experience managing both strategy and execution for a digital, mobile-first product.
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Empathy for older adult users and a passion for using technology to improve lives.
- Familiarity with collaborative agile development processes and tools (we use Jira, Notion, Figma, Trello).
- Ability to balance data-driven decision-making with human-centered design.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $110,000 – $140,000 depending on experience and fit.
- Nymbl covers 100% of the premium for our bronze UnitedHealthcare medical plan for employees and dependents.
- We cover 80% of dental and vision premiums and 100% of life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance.
- Flexible PTO and 401(k) match included.
Location
We require candidates based in Denver, CO, who can collaborate in person at least three times a week.
