PouchSmart and the Coffee Bag Collective are two sustainable packaging brands dedicated to reducing plastic pollution across the UK and Europe. With over 12 years in the packaging industry, we have expanded into compostable packaging and earth-friendly inks, providing small brands with high-quality, sustainable packaging at competitive prices.
PouchSmart specialises in packaging for pet food, vitamin companies, and food brands, amongst others, while Coffee Bag Collective focuses exclusively on coffee packaging.
We are now offering positions with full training, hands-on experience, and a strong commitment to professional growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and eager to work under our sales and marketing directors.
Role Overview
This is mostly a remote role, requiring one day in the office a week. There will be daily reporting to the Marketing Director and weekly check-ins with the Sales Director.
This role provides real-world experience in marketing, sales, and operations in the growing sustainable packaging industry.
Core Responsibilities
Marketing & Social Media:
• Instagram engagement (liking, commenting, following accounts).
• Creating and posting Instagram stories & posts (approval from the Marketing Manager required).
• Working with the Social Media Manager to grow our platforms and promote sustainability.
Sales & Client Outreach:
• Assisting the Sales & Marketing Directors with outreach and communication.
• Organising and distributing client sample packs.
• Managing and updating client data in GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Managing clients' artwork and sending it to production.
• Coordinating client approvals for digital proofs and relaying them to the factory.
Operations & Logistics:
• Managing print schedules, ensuring grouped printing for efficiency.
• Tracking production deadlines to ensure timely shipping.
• Collecting and verifying client delivery addresses.
• Assisting with deliveries and coordination with the shipping team.
• Supporting exhibitions in London alongside the Expo Director.
Data & Reporting:
• Weekly GHL updates based on Trello tasks.
• Cleaning and maintaining CRM data.
• Managing print sheets and ensuring smooth production workflow.
