As a Plumbing Helper, you will assist experienced plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Assist plumbers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.
- Carry tools, materials, and equipment to job sites and help set up work areas.
- Cut, assemble, and install pipes under the guidance of an experienced plumber.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing codes.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform general labor duties as needed to support the plumbing team.
- Follow all company and job site safety procedures.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to take direction and work well with a team.
- Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools are a plus. Read a tape measure.
- Comfortable working in different environments, including residential and commercial job sites.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Must be willing to learn and complete training programs provided by the company.
