No experience needed — just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. You’ll earn while you learn, gain real-world skills, and come out with a recognised qualification.
What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact for calls and emails.
- Learn accounting software like ClearBooks and Dext.
- Process invoices, receipts, and financial data.
- Use Excel for tracking and simple formulas.
- Support the team with admin and finance tasks.
What we’re looking for:
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Good IT skills (especially Excel).
- Attention to detail and great communication.
- Organised and reliable.

Working hours: 38 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 6pm, Friday 8:30 – 12:30.

Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
