Leads are validated using our proprietary validation engine which live verifies telephone validity as well as 19 other quality related KPI's, allowing for one of the lowest invalid lead rates in the industry.
The Role:-
The Lead Qualification Assistant would be utilising a CRM system to call UK residents who have responded to one of our online adverts.
The intention is to pre-qualify the individual by checking that the information that they have provided is correct and asking them some questions to gauge if their interest is genuine and then transfer them (using the CRM system) to our customer (normally an FCA regulated insurance Broker in the UK).
What we’re looking for in a Lead Qualification Assistant;
- Is trying to find a job that offers extensive training, with an opportunity to quickly progress?
- Feel that you would be a brilliant touch point for the consumers you’ll be contacting, but are struggling to get a role due to a lack of experience?
- Are you passionate about working hard, hitting targets and earning commission?
- Happy to work 0900am – 1800pm Monday – Friday (No Early/Late Shift work and Zero weekend work).
Lead Qualification Assistant duties and responsibilities:
- No experience necessary.
- Full training given.
- Outbound telephone calls, qualifying leads then passing to experienced agents.
- Converting warm leads into future buyers for our clients.
- Management of lead pipeline.
Lead Qualification Assistant Essential Skills and Experience:
- Drive, enthusiasm & a willingness to make high volumes of outbound calls.
- Keen to learn and progress in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a proven track record in working hard to achieve goals.
Lead Qualification Assistant Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Contact / Call centre experience
- Experience in a target driven fast paced environment (any experience of this kind is valuable).
