What We’re Looking For:

Your Role as an Apprentice:
- Portfolio Management: Assist in managing a portfolio of buyers and sellers, learning the ins and outs of the property market.
- Property Viewings: Gain experience conducting property viewings and learning how to present homes to clients.
- Transaction Coordination: Learn how to coordinate transactions, liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, financial advisors, and other estate agents.
- Negotiations: Develop negotiation skills to help close deals effectively.
- Client Matching: Learn to match clients with properties that meet their needs and preferences.
- CRM Management: Get trained in updating and maintaining the company’s CRM system.
- Client Communication: Build your communication skills by keeping clients informed of any developments.
