The Role
You will be supporting the B2C Americas Team with managing page content and existing page testing pipelines, and supporting their CRO specialist.
Collaborating with other members of your subdivision, as well as the tech team, will help you generate and implement solutions for conversion blockers you have identified through data analysis, both quantitative and qualitative. Generating the best ideas will take creativity, lateral thinking and the ability to combine insights from multiple sources.

- Follow the CRO methodology, which includes: Insights, Ideation, Prioritisation, Creative Implementation, Experiments, Analysis and Conclusion
- Diagnose and analyse key conversion blockers across our websites using data from multiple sources, including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Optimizely and others
- Maintain and launch a pipeline of test ideas, prioritised by commercial opportunities as well as quantitative and qualitative data
- Create data-driven hypotheses for your tests, explaining what problems are being addressed and why the solution should work.
- Document results and share learnings with your trading division, the CRO team and the wider business.
- Consult with stakeholders from sales, marketing, UX, tech, strategy and contact centre to solve business problems involving their user journeys.
- Use an iterative approach to optimisation, continuously reflecting on test results and findings, to help formulate new tests and hypotheses.
What Success Looks Like:
- Your suite of web pages is well managed - with accurate, persuasive, informative, high-converting content
- Your page builds and content changes are carried out efficiently and to a high standard
- Your suite of web pages have regular A/B tests running which have a high potential conversion rate impact
- You’re able to effectively analyse test results, recommend actions and report on these to the wider subdivision
- You proactively communicate progress on test pipelines to your team and key stakeholders in your subdivision
The Ideal candidate:
- Is numerate and comfortable working with data
- Has excellent writing and communication skills to inform and persuade
- Is meticulous and has strong attention to detail
- Is eager to learn, try new things and keen to develop
- Is efficient and committed to delivering tasks on time
