Join us as an Apprenticeship & Qualifications Apprentice and play a key role in assisting our Apprenticeship & Qualifications team with a wide range of administrative tasks while also working with the wider Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) team.
About the role:
You’ll be part of a supportive, friendly team dedicated to helping colleagues and apprentices reach their career goals. While working closely with experienced colleagues, you’ll gain hands-on experience and study for your Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
As a key point of contact for queries, you’ll help manage our inbox, take ownership of customer inquiries, and act on your own initiative. This role will help you develop both written and verbal communication skills, as well as build strong relationships. You’ll be accountable for coordinating various apprenticeship and qualification activities across the organisation, including, careers events, away days, and apprentice evaluation surveys.

This is a two-year fixed-term contract and once you have successfully completed your Level 3 Apprenticeship, you’ll have the opportunity to apply for relevant job vacancies within Platform Housing Group. - Good general level of education, or willing to work towards level 4 in English and Maths or to undertake level 2 functional skills
- Ability to manage workload effectively and complete tasks within set deadlines

- Have a positive outlook and enthusiasm for learning and personal growth
- Have a desire to deliver excellent customer service
Whilst this is a home-based role, you’ll regularly need to attend our Worcester and Birmingham Business Park office. Occasional travel to other external venues for events such as careers activities will also be required. Business travel costs will be reimbursed as per our Travel and Expenses policy.

Selection process:
We plan to hold interviews for this opportunity on the 22nd and 23rd of January 2025 and will contact you after shortlisting to arrange a convenient time. Interviews are likely to be held at our Worcester Office (WR5 1DU)
As part of the interview, we’ll ask you to bring a prepared video clip on your phone/device explaining three words you would use to describe yourself and why.
The process will also include an inbox exercise and competency-based interview questions, with the questions being shared with you ahead of the interview.
