Trainee Butcher – Full Training Provided

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Trainee Butcher to join our team in Belfast. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career in the food industry. No previous butcher experience is required — full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Assisting experienced butchers with meat preparation and cutting
Preparing and displaying products for customers
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
Serving customers and providing friendly service
Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment

Requirements:

Good work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work as part of a team
Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Interest in food preparation or butchery (training provided)
