The Role

As a Trainee Fishmonger, you will:

Learn how to prepare, fillet, and present a wide variety of fresh fish and seafood.
Develop expert knowledge in seasonality, sourcing, and sustainable fishing.
Deliver exceptional customer service and advice at the fish counter.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and stock management.
Work closely with our experienced fishmonger and the wider farm shop team.

Full training will be provided, no previous fishmonger experience is necessary, but a passion for food, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential.
