Our client, a leading dance music management company, is seeking a Management Assistant Intern to start in January 2026 for a short term. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about dance music and artist development who is looking to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced management environment.
Key responsibilities may include:
• Supporting music registrations and reporting processes to ensure accurate royalty administration.
• Assisting with catalogue management, release assets and coordination with internal and external partners.
• Helping to manage social media accounts, including trend monitoring, audits and content support.
• Contributing to marketing plans, brand partnerships and online visibility activity.
• Conducting research into events, platforms and opportunities to elevate artist profiles.
• Providing day-to-day administrative support for artist management and internal teams.
• Assisting with website updates and promotional materials alongside designers and developers.
Requirements:
• Interest in the music industry and knowledge of dance music is advantageous.
• Organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Familiarity with digital tools and social media platforms.
• Enthusiasm for supporting artist growth and development.
