Hidden River Cabins is an established, thriving restaurant and wedding venue, with forward bookings ensuring job security. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sous Chef to join our friendly team and work closely with our Head Chef. If you have a love for aspirational food, high standards in food hygiene, and a desire to grow in a creative, fast-paced kitchen, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in all kitchen operations
Prepare and manage ingredients for senior chefs
Maintain stock rotation and handle deliveries
Ensure high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Work collaboratively with the team to create memorable dining experiences for our guests
