We're in the market for a new superstar Sous Chef to join the team at the stunning The Cock Inn in Muggington. The pub is popular with locals and tourists alike, and we need a strong Sous to join the leadership team of the pub.

The Cock Inn has really established itself as a stunning gastro-pub located in Derbyshire and is part of Red Cat Pub Company, who offer over 40 other premium offerings country-wide. The pub is well-known for serving an amazing quality of British classics, all made from scratch, in the well stocked kitchen. The Head Chef has been with us for a while is now looking for a new Sous Chef to compliment him.

The ideal Sous Chef will come from a similar fresh-food background, showcasing an attention to detail and a passion for 'serving the good stuff'.
