Position: Nursery Apprentice

Location: Worthing

Salary: £18,000-£25,400 FTE

Hours: Full time

Holiday: 28 days inclusive of Bank Holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities.
Support the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Help monitor and support children’s development and well-being.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ensure the safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.

Requirements:

A genuine passion for early childhood education.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A commitment to learning and professional development.
No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
