Our global Human Capital practice unlocks human potential for individuals, organisations and society, by connecting human experience with technological advancement in an ever changing, volatile world. We help our clients to achieve complex transformation, that not only delivers on its promise, but also empowers people to thrive in the new reality.
This job description is for HR Transformation, Organisation & Workforce Transformation and Major Programmes as detailed below. You will join us in one of these three areas.
HR Transformation – To take the lead, the future of HR demands major shifts in mind-set, roles, capabilities and digital enablers, with reinvention at the core. In Deloitte’s HR Transformation offering, we empower the HR function through end-to-end solutions encompassing strategy, design, implementation, and operations. Our team is made up of HR Advisory, Employee Experience and HR Digital. HR Advisory looks to transform HR functions, Employee Experience explores people-focused tech and end-to-end employee experience, and HR Digital works directly with the largest Cloud software technologies in the market (Oracle, SAP, Workday and ServiceNow). Above all, in HR Transformation, we are always looking for purpose and the opportunity to make an impact in everything we do, whilst keeping people at the centre of organisational thinking.
Organisation & Workforce Transformation– Globally, organisations across government, financial, and private sectors face novel and sweeping external forces, from sustainability and climate to emerging technologies. Organisation and Workforce Transformation interrogates how best to align an organisation’s operating model, structure, talent, leadership, and culture, with a business strategy that addresses these external forces. We work with organisations to deliver true transformation and sustain it over time. We collaborate across the Deloitte network to make work better for humans, and humans better at work.
Major Programmes– Today, organisations across all sectors of global life face unprecedented economic, environmental, and societal change. Meeting these challenges requires corresponding investment in transformation and future-facing infrastructure, but due to their inherent complexity, many of these investments never deliver the required benefits. Deloitte Major Programmes specialises in the design, mobilisation, delivery and recovery of high-investment, high-impact transformation and infrastructure programmes. In addition to our own specialities, we identify and draw on the full range of expertise available to Deloitte to put people at the heart of delivering our clients’ most challenging initiatives.
