More detail about the role: You will be embedded within the department working 80% of your hours alongside our team, and study with the University of Exeter for the remainder of your time. Upon successful completion of the course, you will gain a BSc Honours in Diagnostic Radiography and be eligible for professional registration with the HCPC. This fully funded programme allows you to study and earn a wage at the same time, with extensive workplace learning and practice, supported by academic learning at the University and through distance learning, and self-study.
Successful applicants must meet the academic entry requirements of the University of Exeter for this course which can be found on the University website. As part of our team you will undertake a wide range of imaging work including A&E, General Radiography, Orthopaedic out-patients, Theatre and Portables, with opportunities to rotate through Fluoroscopy, Bone Density (DXA) Scanning, Cross-sectional imaging and our Community sites. Offering a Trust-wide preceptorship period for any newly qualified staff, our department provides an ideal opportunity to develop your skills within a friendly, supportive environment. Working Pattern: 37.5 hours a week.
