Job Summary
Apprenticeship Trainee’s are temporary employees who are given short term opportunities to learn skills that may lead to fulltime employment with La Clinica or elsewhere. Typically, employees hired into this classification have minimal education, language barriers, or a general lack of experience. This work provides them with a variety of experiences while limiting the amount of time they work. Apprenticeship trainees are like volunteers in that they do not perform a permanently set body of work and are not intended to be long term. Apprenticeship is a system for training a new generation of workers with on-the-job training and often some accompanying study.
