Internship Overview
As a Marketing Intern at The Bella Época Foundation, you will play a vital role in shaping our brand and expanding our outreach. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit marketing, develop your skills, and contribute to a mission-driven organization.
You will work closely with our leadership to create and execute campaigns that raise awareness of our mission, promote our initiatives, and engage our target audience. A key aspect of your role will be conducting outreach to potential researchers and apprentices, helping to attract top talent to our groundbreaking programs.
This internship will provide you with valuable experience in digital marketing, content creation, strategy development, and talent outreach, with the chance to see the real-world impact of your efforts.
Responsibilities
• Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and newsletters. This includes writing blog posts, creating graphics, and producing videos that highlight our initiatives and achievements.
• Social Media Management: Assist in managing our social media accounts including planning and scheduling posts, responding to inquiries, and monitoring engagement metrics.
• Marketing Outreach: Conduct outreach to potential researchers and apprentices through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and professional networks. Help build relationships with key individuals and organizations that align with our mission.
• Campaign Support: Help plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our research institute and apprenticeship program. This includes conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and creating promotional materials.
• Email Marketing: Assist in the development and management of email marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling email copy and analyzing campaign performance.
• Website Management: Support the maintenance and updating of our website content, ensuring that it reflects our current initiatives and accurately represents our mission and vision.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to measure the effectiveness of our strategies.
• Event Promotion: Assist in promoting and organizing events, webinars, and other outreach activities that showcase our research and attract potential apprentices, researchers, and supporters.
Qualifications
• Current Student or Recent Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong Writing and Communication Skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage audiences.
• Familiarity with Social Media Platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Creative Thinking with a keen eye for design and content creation.
• Attention to Detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Interest in Nonprofit Work and a passion for the arts, sciences, or cognitive science is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Experience with LinkedIn or other professional networks for outreach purposes is a plus.
