We’re currently recruiting for an AAT Apprenticeship Tutor to join a growing training provider, delivering accounting qualifications up to Level 4.

Hours: Full-time
Contract Length: Permanent
Salary: £36,000
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience delivering AAT modules up to Level 3 (with willingness to progress to Level 4)
- Minimum 3 years’ industry experience within Finance
- Teaching, learning, and assessment experience (1–2 years minimum)
- Knowledge of OFSTED quality standards
- Strong communication and learner engagement skills
- AAT qualification (or equivalent)
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality AAT teaching sessions both face-to-face and remotely
- Manage a caseload of learners, supporting progression and retention
- Assess learner work and provide structured, developmental feedback
- Set, monitor, and review learner targets to ensure KPI achievement
- Track learner progress against Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs)
- Support learners through their apprenticeship journey, including EPA readiness
- Engage with employers and stakeholders to enhance learner outcomes
- Contribute to curriculum development and ongoing quality improvement
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and quality standards
- Participate in open evenings, employer engagement, and learner recruitment activities
