Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship – Running Rabbits Day Nursery
We are currently seeking to recruit a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our team who is also passionate about early years. This role involves working directly with children. As an apprentice, the individual will be gaining practical experience while also studying to achieve a formal qualification in early years education.
Key Details
Salary: £8p/h increasing to National Minimum Wage after 12 months
Working hours: Monday – Friday (shifts vary) 37.5 hours per week
Location: Singleborough Lane, Milton Keynes, Mk17 0RF
Apprenticeship Details – 19 months expected duration to complete, working towards your Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship. (All learning is delivered online/ remote).
Training Provider: LMP Education (rated 1st best UK training provider)
As an Early Years Apprentice, the role is to support the learning, development and care of young children, typically aged from birth to 5 years.
The primary goal is to develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours necessary to provide high-quality care and education to the children in our nursery. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Creating a safe, caring, and stimulating space for our children.
- Planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate activities.
- Supporting children’s personal care, feeding, and school readiness.
- Bringing energy and creativity to both indoor and outdoor play.
- Working collaboratively with your team to maintain the highest childcare standards.
Desired skills & Personal qualities:
- Passion for working with young children and a desire to pursue a career in early years education.
- Basic understanding of child development and the needs of young children.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with others.
- Commitment to completing the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized.
Desired qualifications:
- DBS must be completed if successful in the role
