About the Role
We are looking for a Trainee Fitter / Mechanic to join our team and learn how to remove and install turbochargers on a wide range of vehicles.
This is a practical, hands-on role ideal for someone who wants to build real mechanical skills and progress in the automotive industry. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Removing and refitting turbochargers on vehicles
- Learn correct procedures for turbo installation and alignment
- Support diagnostics related to turbocharger faults
- Work with tools and workshop equipment safely
- Help with basic servicing tasks when required
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Follow health & safety and workshop procedures
Requirements
- Interest in automotive or mechanical work
- Basic understanding of tools (preferred but not essential)
- Willingness to learn and take instructions
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
