Job Overview
We are urgently looking for fresh graduate engineers to work as Graduate Management Trainees for the workshop production department in our factory. This position is a developmental role designed to prepare high-potential graduates of the engineering discipline. Graduate Trainees rotate through different production stages, learning technical processes, assisting operators, and driving continuous improvement initiatives as directed by their line supervisor.
Key Requirements
HND/BSC/B.ENG IN Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Production, Industrial, or Computer Engineering).
Fresh engineering graduates or those with 0–2 years of experience
