Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be adept at maintaining various systems and equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving, ensuring that all machinery operates efficiently and effectively. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and functional environment for all staff and customers.
Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as required.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and inspections.
- Painting, decorating and general upkeep of rooms and public areas
- General maintenance duties as required
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in maintenance roles preferred.
- Joinery and painting experience essential
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for clear communication with team members and customers.
- Strong customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
