Trainee Fire & Security Maintenance Engineer – Full Training Provided
Location: North Wales & Chester
Salary: £25,400- £35,000 basic + commission (OTE £40,000+)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (flexibility required)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Service and maintain fire (fire alarms, extinguishers, emergency lights) and security systems (intruder alarms, CCTV, access control etc) and complete small or minor works
- Ensuring systems are compliant and fit for purpose
- Work in a mix of commercial and residential settings
- Lone working in your local area with daily support from your manager
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
No two days are the same — one day you might be installing extinguishers, the next servicing a commercial intruder alarm. You’ll be solving problems, safeguarding lives and property, and learning from experienced engineers along the way.

- Fire alarms and panels
- Fire extinguisher servicing
- Emergency lighting
- CCTV and access control
- Intruder alarms
- Customer service and compliance

What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on or practical experience (e.g. electrical, telecoms, AV, cabling, maintenance, etc.)
- A full UK driving licence
- Great communication skills and a professional attitude
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work alone
- A willingness to learn new skills
