EcoPro Electric employs the nation’s leading LED lighting installation specialists. We are continuing to grow our company to support a large pipeline of projects, beginning with onsite lighting retrofits for a major hospital system portfolio starting in the
Lima, OH area and throughout the United States. Accommodations and per diem will be provided while traveling.
We are seeking experienced
Ohio Apprentices to join our team.
We have undertaken many of the largest LED lighting retrofit projects in the nation. All work involves installing LED lighting or retrofitting existing fixtures with LED lamps. Most retrofit work is interior commercial and healthcare environments.
Experience with LED retrofit work is a plus, but not required. Teamwork, punctuality, and superb customer service are a must.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for enforcing and promoting high-quality and safety standards
- Support the responsible Electrician for the company
- Perform LED lighting retrofit upgrades throughout Lima, OH and the United States
- Ensure projects are completed on time and exceed customer expectations
- Assist in instructing and supporting team members to promote a learning culture and dedication to job and worker safety
- Retrofit or install LED lighting and help troubleshoot issues with other electricians and installers
Minimum Requirements
- Progressive electrical professionals who enjoy using technology and want a clear career path
- Experience working on small teams preferred
- Self-driven with the ability to complete projects with minimal supervision
- Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements
- Ability to travel as needed

Compensation
Salary will be at the top of the wage scale for apprentices in the area, plus bonuses based on successful completion of LED lighting projects delivered under time and under budget.
