We are currently recruiting for a
Trainee Sales Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in
Hainault.
The ideal candidate should be
target driven and looking to work within a team. You will need to be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and have a
winning mindset.
Candidates
must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a
30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a
full UK driving licence and have the use of
your own car. Benefits:
- Basic £23,500
- Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm, every Saturday 8.30am - 6pm (with a day back in lieu)
- 5 day working week
- £50 per completed mortgage application
- Every other month competitions
Responsibilities:
- Registering and qualifying potential buyers
- Generating viewings
- Canvassing to bring on new properties
- Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
- Preparing sales brochures
- Developing relationships
- Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
- Booking appointments
- Always delivering exceptional customer service
Key Skills:
- Previous property experience not essential
- High level of customer service skills ideally with sales
- The desire to work well in a team
- Sales and target driven
- Ambitious, enthusiastic and motivated with a winning mindset
- Confident telephone manner
- Well presented
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
