Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Vehicle Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks
- Learn to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
- Support the team in performing basic repairs such as oil changes, tyre replacements, and brake inspections
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Participate in training sessions to develop technical knowledge and practical skills
- Follow safety protocols at all times during work activities
- Document work performed accurately for service records
Experience
- No prior experience required; however, an interest in automotive technology is essential
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles is advantageous but not mandatory
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
