We are recruiting a trainee pest control technician to join our team. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual, who is interested in learning a new trade and not afraid to get stuck in.
You will be working alongside an experienced team and be given all the necessary training to become an expert in pest management. The role will involve working in a variety of sites and each day will always bring something different in this unique, but interesting industry.

The successful candidate will:
- be able to demonstrate an interest in the role and express why you think you’re a good candidate.
- be interested in providing a good service, with demonstrable interest in working in an active role.
- have good level of written and verbal communication skills, GCSE Maths and English Grade C preferred but not essential
- FULL UK driving licence is essential
- Demonstrate an interest in working in a dynamic way in an expanding company
On the job you will:
- Full training to work in both domestic and commercial
- Be the first point of contact for a range of domestic and commercial customers
- Undertake detailed inspections, treatments, pest proofing and reporting findings to the customer
- Work on BRC sites and gain an in-depth pest control knowledge of working in the food industry
- Provide expert advice on pest management and hygiene to our customers.
- Carry out drainage surveys and works for rat control
