Position - Founder's Assistant Intern
- Axience is seeking an Intern – Founder's Assistant based in London, position will be remote in most part except when Founder travels to London. There may be potential travel opportunities within Europe, GCC and elsewhere for suitable profiles. Also internship could also convert into an AIESEC internship based in India
- This internship at Axience offers a unique opportunity for highly motivated students to work directly and indirectly with the Founder supporting as strategy / research / sales intern and executive assistant
- This opportunity is available for a week short exposure internship starting immediately (but not necessary), and conversion to long term internship for 6 or 12 months
Key Responsibilities
Executive Business and Personal Support
- Understand long term and short term professional and personal priority of Founder and help him organize his agenda, activities, travels, events and meetings efficiently
- Support in global activities in general and European activities in particular
- Take notes and instructions and pass it on to teams located in other geographies as we follow the sun
- Act as the social/business concierge for Founder to understand UK's business, culture and community
- Be part of centralized teams to enable our delivery and strategy function including business and executive assistants, HR, branding and marketing and other central functions
Sales and Business Development
- Learn and follow in-depth pre-sales processes targeted at global clients focusing on global and European markets
- Research and map target companies and individuals, build emails lists, collect info from public sources
- Send emails to potential existing and new targets while understanding each clients segments
- Update / clean / maintain client databases
- Support partner and client calls: take structured notes, capture decisions, and ensure follow-through
- Help prepare for events and conferences and in select cases travel to attend events
Financial and Business Research and Analysis
- Be exposed to financial and business research techniques and work on internal and clients projects
- Support project execution related to United Kingdom
- Identify consulting and financial advisory opportunities between United Kingdom and the world
Academic and Professional Background
- Students currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, Administration, International Relations or Languages from top London/UK or international universities or students who have recently finished their studies / early career candidates
- Strong academic record with demonstrated analytical and communication skills
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to think critically and independently
- Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude and a pleasant personality
- High attention to detail and with strong organizational / structuring abilities
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and ownership
