This role is built for a recent graduate who wants accelerated development and clear progression into a fully capable HR Generalist within 12 months.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will work across the full recruitment and employee lifecycle, including:
- Writing and optimizing job advertisements
- Managing applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
- Screening candidates and conducting first-stage interviews
- Coordinating multi-stage interview processes
- Supporting onboarding and compliance documentation
- Assisting with payroll coordination and reporting
- Maintaining HR systems and employee records
- Supporting internal engagement and employer branding initiatives
You will gain exposure to real hiring strategy, performance metrics, and operational HR — not just administrative tasks.
