The Operations & Logistics Lead will oversee the day-to-day operational flow of the business, ensuring coffee moves efficiently from origin through production and ultimately to our customers. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, roasting partners, logistics providers, and warehouses to ensure reliable supply and delivery.
