Your Role – Head of HR
Recruitment & Hiring
- Create and manage job ads, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate testing
- Oversee offer letters, start dates, and internal approvals
- Maintain strong hiring pipelines to fill open positions efficiently
Organizational Management
- Maintain organizational charts and job documentation
- Refine positions, roles, and responsibilities as the company grows
- Track production and organizational flow for clarity and efficiency
Onboarding & Personnel Support
- Manage new hire onboarding, orientation, and apprenticeship into roles
- Conduct probationary reviews and regular employee evaluations
- Maintain allocation boards, job descriptions, and HR documentation
Employee Retention & Planning
- Monitor staff performance and address retention issues
- Develop career path programs and succession planning
- Prepare future leaders through training and development programs
Administrative & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee files and coordinate payroll adjustments
- Act as HR liaison for remote employees and coordinate benefits administration
- Manage separations, offboarding, and ensure compliance with legal and company policies
Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruiting, HR operations, onboarding, or organizational management is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communicator and professional presence
- Comfortable using systems, documentation, and technology
