The Opportunity
We are recruiting for an Early Years Educator Level 5 Apprentice. An ideal programme to teach senior practitioners how to operationally run a setting.

Course structure
Month 1
Induction:
At the start of your course you’ll attend an induction to learn about your course in more detail before you commence your learning.
Months 1-18
On-programme learning:
During this time you’ll learn the required knowledge and develop the required skills and behaviours as set out in your course curriculum.
Months 19-24
End-point assessments:
This is the assessment stage of the course where you’ll complete end-point assessments (EPA) which determine your overall apprenticeship grade. As part of the course you’ll complete two end-point assessments:
- Observation (90 minutes)
- Professional discussion (60 minutes)
- Project presentation (40 minutes)
Month 24
Completion:
Once you have received your final grade, you’ll have completed your apprenticeship! You’ll have an 'Achiever Interview' with your tutor to set plans and goals for your career post-apprenticeship.
Key Details
- You’ll have 16 group teaching sessions (up to 3 hours each) and 3 self study lessons.
- Progress reviews every three months with you, your employer and your tutor
- (approx. 1 hour each).
- Additional 1-1 support sessions with your tutor throughout the programme and assessment preparation sessions.
