The Trainee Factory Operative is an entry level position focused on learning and supporting daily manufacturing operations. This role includes assisting with production process, operating machinery under supervision, maintaining quality standards and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilites
Assist in Warehouse, packing, labeling and stock control. Training will be provided
Assist in Factory production. Training will be provided
Candidate must be physically fit, as the position involves manual handling
Candidate must be able to read and write adequately
Basic maths is also a requirement
Role will include maintaining cleanliness and organisation in work areas whilst adhering to all health and safety regulations. Reporting any faults, damages or safety concerns to supervisors.
