We're looking for an experienced Apprentice Trainer to deliver high-quality CNC and manual manufacturing training, including milling, turning, and bench work. You'll help shape the next generation of engineers, ensuring apprentices meet industry standards while following safe working practices.
What you'll do:
- Teach CNC programming, milling, turning, and manual machining techniques
- Support apprentices' development and welfare
- Cover Team Leader responsibilities when needed
- Ensure engineering drawings, specifications, and procedures are understood and followed
- Promote safe, professional, and ethical working practices
What we're looking for:
- Time-served or partially completed apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3+)
- Strong CNC and manual machining experience
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and procedures
- Methodical, organised, and detail-oriented
- Approachable, patient, and motivating
