E.L. Electrical Contracting is a 27+ year established commercial electrical contractor serving Southeast Michigan. We specialize in organized mid-sized commercial new construction and renovation projects including schools, churches, fire stations, municipal facilities, and professional office buildings.
We are currently hiring motivated individuals who want to start a long-term career in commercial electrical construction.
No prior electrical experience required — but construction experience is a plus.
What We Offer
- $18–$22 per hour starting (based on experience)

What You’ll Learn
- Commercial electrical installation
- Conduit bending and layout
- Blueprint reading
- Job site safety and professionalism
- Team communication and production standards
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn skilled trade
- Ability to work physically (lifting, climbing, bending)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand tools preferred
- Construction experience preferred but not required
