Technically Curious:You aren't satisfied with copy and paste, you want to automate it. You want to understandwhythe data looks like that.
A Translator:You aren't afraid to ask a stakeholder, "What decision are you trying to make?" and then translate their complex answer into clear logic.
AFuture Analyst: You are excited by the prospect of learning specialist data tools like SQL, Power BI, and Data Modelling to help us move away from legacy spreadsheets.
You will support our main goal to delivering the right information, to the right people, at the right time.
What you bring (Essential):
Logical Problem Solving: You enjoy puzzles and can break a complex problem down into small, logical steps.
Curiosity & Confidence: You are happy to speak to stakeholders, ask "why?", and challenge the status quo politely.

Data Aptitude: You are comfortable with technology and have hands on experience with Excel (formulas, lookups) or dabbled in other technical tools.
