About the role
We're seeking a proactive, analytically minded intern with a strong interest in AI, technology, and data to help advance sales and marketing effectiveness. Partnering with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Technology Enablement, you'll support strategic enablement initiatives that leverage data and AI capabilities to improve pipeline quality, conversion, and overall sales and marketing impact.
What you'll do
+ Sales Enablement
+ Explore and prototype AI-enabled solutions to drive sales effectiveness
+ Build and test analytical models to generate actionable insights for sales and marketing teams.
+ Evaluate AI tools and data pipelines for usability, reliability, and impact; document findings and recommendations.
+ Impact Analysis
+ Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Digital Business Strategy & Operations Lead and Channel Marketing Leads, to define key performance metrics and success criteria for campaigns and initiatives to demonstrate effectiveness of activities and return on investment
+ Support Digital Business & Operations Lead to drive accountability and enable data driven decision making by producing concise reports, dashboards and presentations that communicate impact, insights and next steps
+ Operational Excellence & Business analysis
+ Translate requirements into clear process maps, user stories, and workflow documentation.
+ Support development of change management materials (playbooks, training guides, comms plans etc) to enable adoption.
What you'll bring
+ Interest and exposure in AI and data
+ Familiarity with generative AI tools and concepts (prompting, model evaluation, ethical use).
+ Experience with spreadsheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI/Tableau, or similar).
+ Basic coding or scripting is a plus (e.g., Python, SQL, or working with AI APIs/low-code tools).
+ Analytical and statistical skills
+ Ability to clean, analyze, and interpret data; knowledge of basic statistical concepts
+ Support Digital Business Strategy & Operations Lead to interpret the data, derive insight and provide recommendations to optimize the client experience and drive effectiveness of content distribution
+ Business analyst capabilities
+ Experience capturing and structuring requirements, documenting processes, and mapping workflows.
+ Clear, structured communication - able to translate technical ideas for non-technical stakeholders.
+ Ways of working
+ Self-starter with strong ownership, curiosity, and follow-through.
+ Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
+ Collaborative, professional, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at different levels.
