You will work as part of a construction team to prepare and maintain the groundwork for building projects. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy practical, hands-on work and want to develop skills in civil engineering and construction.
· Clearing and preparing construction sites.
· Laying foundations, installing drainage systems, and preparing surfaces for roads, pavements, and other structures.
· Safely loading, unloading, and moving construction materials.
· Following all safety procedures and always wearing appropriate PPE.
· Working closely with experienced groundworkers and supervisors to learn best practices.
You will receive on-the-job training alongside formal learning through an accredited apprenticeship program, leading to a recognised qualification in construction groundworks.

· Valid CSCS Card
· Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK
This apprenticeship requires a 45-hour working week, which exceeds the legal working time limit for individuals under 18. Therefore, applicants must be 18 or over at the start of employment.
