Our focus is on safe, person-centred, and outcomes-driven care in homes, hospitals, and supported living settings.
Key responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates via job portals, CRM systems and other platforms such as LinkedIn
- CV screening – reviewing CV’s and conducting initial phone screenings to confirm skills and experience and interests.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates, ensuring compliance follow ups’
- Compliance – ensure GDPR and data protection compliance when handling candidate information.
Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:
- To not already hold a Recruitment qualification at level 3 or above
- To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
- To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria
