Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be licensed in the state of Arkansas, carry a strong background in commercial and light industrial electrical work, and demonstrate a high level of craftsmanship, safety awareness, and professionalism. This role involves installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation of electrical systems while working closely with project managers, supervisors, and other trades.

Minimum Requirements
· Current Arkansas Journeyman Electrician License (required).
· 5+ years of electrical field experience, with emphasis on commercial and/or light industrial work.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Ability to provide at least 3 confirmed professional references.
· Demonstrated work history with documented responsibilities, achievements, and project values.
· Proficiency with computers, including basic applications (email, documentation, work order systems, etc.).
· Up-to-date knowledge of the NEC and Arkansas electrical codes, including ongoing Continuing Education compliance.
· Strong conduit bending skills (EMT, RMC, GRC, PVC-coated, etc.).
· Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and specifications.
· Must be capable of lifting, climbing, working at heights, and performing physical labor as needed.
· OSHA 10
· Operate equipment. (Mini X, Backhoe, Skid steer. Etc.)
· Current, Clean Driver’s license

· Controls experience (motor controls, automation wiring, VFDs, instrumentation, etc.).
· Wire management expertise and neat, organized workmanship.
· Experience working in industrial shutdowns, upgrades, and live transfer scenarios.
· Familiarity with safety programs, LOTO procedures, and jobsite documentation.
· Leadership Qualities, Crews of more than 3-4 people.

Responsibilities
· Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in commercial and light industrial environments.
· Bend and install all types of conduit systems accurately and efficiently.
· Pull, terminate, and label wiring according to project specifications and code requirements.
· Work safely in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
· Communicate effectively with supervisors, project managers, and team members.
· Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
· Provide leadership and guidance to apprentices as needed.
