Seeking a passionate and dedicated individual with experience supporting 16-25 years olds with Special Educational Needs within the workplace.
Overview:
Working for a leading education provider, you will provide work related support to individuals completing a term long Supported Internship Programme (1 day classroom, 4 days in the workplace).
A typical week:
* Visit students in the workplace
* Provide in classroom support
* Work closely with employers to ensure success
* Provide on the job training in work settings
You'll need the following:
* Experience working with SEN learners
* Experience of mentoring & coaching in the workplace
* Ability to inspire & motivate learners/employers
* Car driver, flexible with local travel
