Job Title: ERP Business Analyst
Location: Schofield, WI (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Salary: $70,000+ annually
Crystal Finishing Systems is modernizing its operations, and we need an
ERP Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business processes and technology In this role, you’ll support our current ERP platforms while helping prepare for future system enhancements and transitions from our legacy systems. You’ll troubleshoot issues, support team members, optimize workflows, assist with migration projects, and configure tools like BAQs, dashboards, and reporting to ensure our systems align with best practices and drive efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with IT and business teams to resolve ERP-related issues, questions and support tickets quickly and effectively.
- Support ERP integration initiatives, current and legacy software, future system transitions or upgrades.
- Analyze current business processes to identify opportunities for smarter, more efficient workflows.
- Configure and enhance ERP functionality, including BAQs, dashboards, workflows, reporting and processes.
- Develop clear documentation, deliver training, and provide hands-on support to end users.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements that drive operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or systems integration.
- Experience with Epicor a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and Excel
- Visual Basic experience for legacy systems a plus.
- Experience with PowerBI a plus
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Epicor ERP certification or similar technical credentials.
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
