Locations: Colorado, Wyoming (with $12/hr per diem for days worked)
Pay: $32-37/hour (based on experience)
What We’re Looking For
- 6,000 hours of field experience
- 450 hours of classroom training
- Experience with electrical systems and equipment
- Ability to read and understand electrical manuals and schematics
- Skilled in troubleshooting electrical issues
- Understanding of NEC electrical code
- Ability to train others and explain project scope
What You’ll Do
- Work hands-on at job sites and participate in classroom training
- Learn from a Journeyman Electrician while completing assigned tasks
- Install heat trace components and insulation
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Order equipment and parts as needed
- Handle electrical installations and general maintenance
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Collaborate with other trades and team members
- Maintain a clean work environment and deliver materials
- Use tools and measuring equipment for conduit work
- Travel up to 75% of the time
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Pass a drug and alcohol screening (random testing may be required)
- Valid driver’s license with towing experience
- Must be insurable
Certifications Preferred
- OSHA 10-hour training or more
- MSHA (encouraged)
- PEC Safeland (encouraged)
- Forklift and Aerial Lift certifications
