Working with Ms Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, email system, our personalised Database.
Working in Recruitment, Customer Service, Administration, Health & IT sectors.
Full Description:
- Customer Services and problem solving over the phone and at the counter.
- Managing hard copies and soft copies of documentations (e.g. Passport, Proof of Address etc.)
- Replying to emails, scheduling appointments, data entry.
- CV Search & data management in Recruitment Portal & LinkedIn.
- Administration and Compliance check.
- Taking payment from the Applicants for training.
- Job posting, CV Shortlisting, screening and scheduling interviews.
- Checking & managing timesheets (hard copies & soft copies).
- Working as part of team.
Future Prospects:
Can achieve Higher Level of Apprentice Qualification - Level 4 & 5 if offered by BPP.
Can continue developing within the organisation and can become Manager in 4 to 5 years.

Duration: 15 Months to 18 Months

- Confident communicator on an individual and group basis.
- Willing to work in a Team.
- Positive approach and manner.
- General IT skills: be able to work on Ms Office and our IT software
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
Personal Qualities:
- Willingness to learn and apply best practice.
- Completing tasks on timely manner.
- Understand the deadline.
Qualifications Required:
GCSEs or A-Levels

- The current statutory annual leave is 28 days including bank holidays; 28 days statutory annual leave is on pro-rata basis and up to a maximum of 28 days including bank holidays.
