Role Overview
We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant based in the UK for a full-time, hybrid role with flexible working options. In this role, you will source, screen, and select top-tier candidates, conduct interviews, and manage client relationships, helping to match outstanding talent with leading life science companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage high-quality candidates for life science recruitment roles.
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews and screening processes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand and deliver on hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the team to provide comprehensive recruitment solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment and talent sourcing.
- Strong skills in interviewing and candidate assessment.
- Excellent client relationship management abilities.
- A solid understanding of the life science industry is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
