The project is structured across five key phases:
- Pilot – Testing and validating the platform concept.
- Initial Fundraising – Engaging early supporters and angel investors.
- Regulatory Clearance – Securing requisite approvals.
- Launch – Preparing for and executing the platform rollout.
- Pre-seed Fundraise – Developing investment materials and submitting applications to startup accelerators such as Y Combinator.
