In the United Kingdom- London
Simon-Kucher is a global consultancy with more than 2,000 employees in
30 countries. Our sole focus is on unlocking better growth that drives
measurable revenue and profit for our clients. We achieve this by optimizing
every lever of their commercial strategy – product, price, innovation,
marketing, and sales – based on deep insights into what customers want and
value. With 37 years of experience in monetization topics of all kinds, we are
regarded as the world’s leading pricing and growth specialist.
We are now looking for Internship
candidates who are interested in learning more about a career in commercial
strategy consulting. We will be hosting placements from February 2026 onwards.
The role and its impact:
Internships usually last 8 weeks and are designed to expose
individuals to working on client projects and growth strategy. Responsibility
is given from the outset, and every intern is a valued member of a project
team. Throughout your time at Simon-Kucher, you would contribute to analysis
and results and can benefit from working alongside our experienced Consultants,
Managers, Directors and Partners.
What you bring:
- Strong academic background, including degree level study – we expect you to be tracking a 2:1 or higher
- Excellent communication skills
- High percentile numeric, deductive and inductive reasoning skills
- A strong desire to work in a fast paced commercially agile environment
- Strong interest in commercial strategy
- Enthusiasm, curiosity and a belief that you can achieve the best results
We offer internships to candidates from a variety of undergraduate
subject backgrounds – what you bring with you enables you to thrive and helps
us to continue to grow. Exposure to consulting within a student society is not
required, but you will need to evidence your interest in commercial strategy
clearly in your application.
What we offer:
This is a paid internship.
Simon-Kucher is growing. This results in an entrepreneurial and
inspiring work environment with lots of responsibilities and a steep learning
curve. Internships are the main route we use to recruit entry level Consultants
to our London office, so if you perform well during your time as an intern,
there is the real opportunity to continue your career with us. Start dates for
Consultant roles, following on from the internship, may not be immediate and be
offered for further into the future.
How to apply:
- Does this sound like you? Let's connect. Simply press the 'Apply now'
button to get started.
- As part of your application, you will be required to complete a set of
pre-screening questions, including some motivation questions. Please consider
carefully how to get across to us everything we are looking for. Your
application will be considered incomplete if you do not answer these questions.
- If your application is progressed, expect an early-stage online
selection exercise to demonstrate your numeric, deductive and inductive
reasoning skills. This would be followed up with an HR interview for top
performing candidates. We will be hosting final round case study interviews in-person week commencing 24th November.
- To be considered for the internship, please to submit your application by 9am, Monday 10th November.
Note that we will not be contacting any candidates in relation to next steps
prior to the closing date.
