Are you a skilled labourer experienced in the construction industry?
Do you have experience in resin flooring, industrial painting, screeding or similar trades?
Do you have experience in the use of equipment and machinery used to deliver the above works?
Opportunities have emerged for 3 skilled labourers or labourer apprentices to join our team in our resin flooring business in the construction industry, based from our Caerphilly Offices with immediate start dates available
Essential attributes
· Good numeracy skills to be able to measure products
· Good literacy skills to understand safety information and instructions
· Flexible in approach to the role to meet business requirements
· High level of integrity and trust
· To be a hardworking and reliable team member
· Willingness to travel to clients’ sites to support our installation teams is essential and this does mean that availability to work away is also an essential requirement for this role. The Company provides accommodation, and a subsistence allowance is paid.
· Being able to work as part of the installation team contributing towards the achievement of high levels of quality works. Ensuring good health and safety of both you and others whilst helping to control costs and reduce waste on our sites.
· To represent and uphold the brand of TPS360 Ltd
· To contribute towards continuous improvement of the business
· Labourer apprentices will be given the opportunity to learn a trade through a formal training scheme and achieve trade recognised qualifications
The candidate will need.
- A full clean driving license or the intention to learn to drive.
- CSCS qualified (or willing to achieve qualification prior to commencement of employment)

Labourer/Learner
Under 18 £7.55
18-20 £10
21 and over £12.21
Skilled Labourer - 2 years relevant experience and capability to match with relevant NVQ2 £12.60
