This is a field-based role, with your home as your office, but will require travel to employer sites with occasional overnight stays to work efficiently. The post will receive a company vehicle.

- Monitor how learners apply newly acquired skills in their daily roles and ensure Off-The-Job (OTJ) logs are maintained.
- Set clear objectives to support timely progression, identifying slow progress and implementing action plans to ensure successful completion.
- Liaise with lecturers to schedule learners into appropriate sessions based on their needs.
- Support learners throughout their journey, ensuring they are well-prepared for final exams and End-Point Assessment (EPA).
- Review and provide feedback on learner progress, ensuring milestones are met in preparation for final assessments.
- Identify at-risk learners and implement appropriate interventions to prevent failure at Gateway and assessment stages.
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure effective communication and learner support.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to understand and work within apprenticeship frameworks, supporting learners to meet programme requirements.
